Natural Harmony in the heart of the Eixample district
Comprehensive refurbishment of a house in Barcelona’s Eixample district, where the combination of natural materials and a palette of earth tones creates a warm and balanced atmosphere. The design seeks to enhance natural light and the connection with the exterior, while respecting the original architectural essence. Wide spaces, organic textures and furniture with refined lines create an atmosphere of well-being, where serenity and functionality coexist in harmony.

In this refurbishment in Barcelona’s Eixample district, wellbeing becomes the central focus of the design, with solutions that guarantee acoustic and thermal comfort. The house integrates Passivhaus principles through a high-efficiency heat pump system, ensuring optimal air conditioning all year round with low energy consumption. The original windows have been restored and upgraded with double glazing, providing excellent insulation that reduces exterior noise and optimises the interior temperature.
The space, with its timeless aesthetics and natural materials, invites calm and relaxation. The combination of warm textures, natural light and sustainable solutions creates a serene environment, where design and energy efficiency come together to improve the quality of life.
