A contemporary reinterpretation of country life, designed for the present and the future.
Located in the natural surroundings of Sant Cugat del Vallès, this rural house combines the essence of traditional architecture with sustainable solutions and innovative technologies. Inspired by Catalan farmhouses, its design respects the harmony of the landscape, using noble materials such as stone, wood and ceramics, while incorporating modern elements for optimal comfort.
Its orientation and layout have been carefully studied to make the most of natural light and cross ventilation, while the large openings with wooden carpentry allow a fluid connection between the interior and the exterior. Every detail has been thought out to offer a warm, efficient and environmentally friendly home.

Efficiency and Sustainability at the Heart of Design
- Solar panels, which guarantee a clean and renewable energy supply.
- Heat pump for heating and hot water, optimising energy consumption.
- Natural ventilation system, which reduces the need for artificial air conditioning.
- Ecological and local materials, respecting the construction tradition of the area.
- Highly efficient thermal and acoustic insulation, ensuring a comfortable home at any time of the year.
More than a house, Casa Sant Cugat is a timeless rural refuge, where history and innovation meet to offer an authentic, sustainable lifestyle in perfect connection with nature.
