A home where tradition and innovation merge for a more sustainable lifestyle.

Inspired by the iconic white houses of the Costa Brava, Casa Roses is a tribute to the traditional architecture of the region, reinterpreted with a contemporary and sustainable approach. Its four-wind design allows for optimal natural ventilation, maximising thermal comfort all year round, while its large windows with wooden arches ensure abundant natural lighting, creating warm, open spaces that connect the interior with the exterior.

Traditional Architecture with Energy of the Future

The balance between aesthetics and functionality is reinforced with sustainable solutions that minimise environmental impact without sacrificing comfort:

  • Solar panels to harness renewable energy and reduce electricity consumption.
  • High efficiency heat pump for air conditioning and hot water, optimising energy use.
  • Natural ventilation system, driven by the strategic orientation and design of the openings, which favours air circulation without the need for mechanical systems.
  • Natural and local materials, both on the façade and in the interiors, guaranteeing harmonious integration with the surroundings and less environmental impact.

Casa Roses is more than a house: it is a refuge designed to live in harmony with nature, where the essence of the Mediterranean merges with innovation to offer a timeless, efficient and light-filled home.
